Our Facility

The current production site also consists of:

800 sqm: finished product warehouse;
350 sqm: offices – metrology room – services and locker rooms – dining room;
2 Industry 4.0 network economizer systems;
2,500 sqm: photovoltaic plant – 124,500 kWh/year (additional 1,500 sqm/50 kW expansion planned by 2028);
3,000 sqm: production site.

Mechanical Turning in Constant Evolution

One of our primary market goals achieved through the digitalization of the production process was the increase in the production of stainless steel turned parts. This investment in research and development was driven not only by market demands but also by our desire to transition away from products with low profitability and high volumes, such as brass turned parts.

Since 2019, the production of brass parts has decreased from 1,500,000 pieces to 280,000 in 2022. Conversely, there has been a substantial increase in the production of stainless steel parts, which reached over 300,000 pieces per year in 2022. Given that the annual market demand for individual stainless steel turned parts typically does not exceed 30,000 units, we have secured an annual production capacity capable of meeting the industrial demands of large national and international manufacturing groups. We aim to further increase this market penetration rate.

To maintain high standards, we have integrated our organizational system with the INDUSTRY 4.0 project, creating a computerized communication network among all production elements, which allows us to:

maximize our efficiency;
minimize waste;
provide continuous training to all our staff.

Aware of the environmental impact of industrial production, we have installed a photovoltaic system for our own electricity production with a nominal power of 160kw.
